Membership in the loyalty program begins with registration.

Earning points for the loyalty program and using them

For every CZK 500 spent (when booking accommodation directly online from www.sepetna.cz), the client gets 1 point.

(These conditions do not apply to corporate clients.)

The client can see the current status of his account in his private account.

The client redeems points in his private account and redeems the selected service
it is necessary to consult with the hotel reception (to confirm the date and time).
