Hotel Sepetná specialises in organising congresses, conferences, trainings, meetings, and other corporate events. A big advantage is the complex organisation of events for up to 200 people, where we offer you not only the conference spaces (see below for a detailed description), but also accommodation for all event participants, meals and catering, sports and relaxation facilities, and the possibility of an accompanying program (team building activities, guided tours to the nature around, music and entertainment program, etc.). All this takes place in the beautiful environment below Lysá hora, with excellent accessibility from the surrounding cities, including the regional capital (Ostrava is about 30-40 minutes away by car).
Congress halls
Congres hall
For the purposes of large conferences, Sepetná Hotel offers a spacious congress hall. This space is created by combining three lounges (Bear Ravine, Hare Hideout, and Fallow-deer Glen) and provides a space of 270 m2. It is located on the 1st floor of the hotel in the newly renovated part.

I. Kančí výběh (Boar Pen)
Boar Pen is located on the ground floor of the hotel, right next to the restaurant. It has undergone a demanding reconstruction and has a representative and festive impression. This lounge is used for training only exceptionally, and is mainly used for celebrations of up to 25 people.

II. Vlčí doupě (Wolf Lair)
Wolf Lair is located on the 1st floor of the hotel, in the original historical part.

III. Zaječí úkryt (Hare Hideout)
Hare HIdeout is located on the 1st floor of the hotel, in the renovated part. It is separated from the lounge no.4, Bear Ravine, by a mobile partition.

IV. Medvědí rokle (Bear Ravine)
Bear Ravine is located on the 1st floor of the hotel, in the renovated part. This lounge has its own bar and a terrace, and thus is popular for organising celebrations and weddings.

V. Daňčí paseka (Fallow-deer Glen)
Fallow-deer Glen is located on the 1st floor of the hotel, in the renovated congress part. There is a separate access to it via a covered balcony. By removing a mobile partition, it can be connected with lounge no.4 – Bear Ravine.

VI. Jelení obora (Deer Park)
Deer Park is located on the 1st floor of the hotel, above the reception. It provides direct access to the belfry of Hotel Sepetná with a wonderful view of the surroundings. It has an irregular shape and we recommend using it for smaller events that require more privacy.

We can provide a complete catering service for your company events and congresses. We can prepare the typical cuisine of our region, as well as other dishes of Czech and international cuisine, including meals in dietary form; all according to the requirements of your event.

Accompanying program
Your company party, celebration or training at the Sepetná Resort at the foot of Lysá hora can be enriched with experiences from our animation program. After the formal program of your event, the fun can start! You do not have to worry about anything, just choose an activity and we can arrange and tailor everything according to your wishes. We offer indoor and outdoor activities, as well as musical entertainment evenings with special thematic competitions. By combining the activities of your choice, we can create a program for up to 100 people.

How to get here
Our locations – Hotel Sepetná, Hotel Sluníčko and Relaxcentrum Sepetná are located in the village of Ostravice in the Moravian-Silesian Beskydy Mountains.
Coming from the direction of Ostrava and Frýdek – Místek:
You enter the village Ostravice and keep going straight. On the right you pass Modrá labuť shopping centre and the Catholic church, and you keep going straight ahead. At the first traffic lights in the centre of the village, turn left over the railway crossing. Then continue across the bridge over the Ostravice River, and drive straight up the hill. Here you can follow the navigation boards until you reach your destination.
Note: We do not recommend turning left in the village of Ostravice over “Bezručův most”, as suggested by some navigation systems. It is a worse road and, in winter it can be impossible to use.
Coming from the direction of Bílá and Staré Hamry:
After the Ostravice village sign, cross the bridge, continue straight ahead and pass the train station on the right. After the station, at the first traffic lights, turn right over the railway crossing, continue over the bridge over the Ostravice River and drive straight up the hill. Here you can follow the navigation boards until you reach your destination.
